Each of these distances is designed for different levels of experience and motivation, from those seeking a greater challenge with the 21K half marathon to those new to running with the 5K.
- 21K Valiente is aimed at women who want to test their limits and discipline in a half marathon, a significant challenge. This category includes an age subdivision with a special elite section for female athletes endorsed by the Colombian Athletic Federation.
- 10K Empoderada offers an intermediate distance, ideal for those looking to integrate consistent exercise and nutrition habits into their lives.

Registration and Costs
Registration for the Carrera de la Mujer 2024 is now open, and the cost to participate in any of the three distances is COP 185,000, regardless of the category or group you register for. This fee is applicable from September 1, 2024, until spots run out.
